I was born in Northern California as the first of four daughters. We matched everywhere we went, and I spent my childhood surrounded by girls and giant hair bows. 

I come from a long line of women who made home feel special. My mom and grandma threw unforgettable gatherings that were warm, welcoming, and full of heart. That is where my love for home and hospitality began.

Ministry is woven through my family story. Nearly everyone is a pastor, missionary or leader, so I grew up in prayer rooms, church services, and singing on stage with my sisters. Church life shaped much of who I am.

I married the love of my life at 17 with our baby in tow. We got married before I graduated high school, and that pretty much sums up how our story began. By God’s grace, we’re still here, still in love, still growing, and still choosing each other. 

We had three children before I turned 21, and I’m still in awe of the family God built from such humble beginnings. I loved being a young mom - learning as I went, exhausted most days, but completely in love with those babies. 

My husband and I have started over twenty businesses, with several exits along the way. Building, creating, and solving problems has always been part of our wiring. Now our kids have started even more than we have, which feels exactly right. 

After a ten-year gap, three more babies joined our family, bringing us to six children.
I absolutely adore “the littles.” Life in a big family is loud and lively, and it has pushed me to grow in the very best ways.

The joy and fullness it brings is unmatched and managing it all has sharpened every administrative skill I have. 

And now, I’m a Nana! My three granddaughters light up my world. What moves me most is watching my daughter raise her babies with the same warmth, hospitality, and simple systems she grew up with. Seeing those values passed from one generation to the next is a gift I never take for granted. 

In 2019, we moved to Nashville with almost all of our kids. My roots are in the California sun, but my heart found home in Tennessee. Jesus met me in Music City and did deep work breaking lies I didn’t know I carried and reminding me who I truly am: a daughter who is loved and worthy. 

I am a woman who loves Jesus, strong coffee, and a good pair of shoes. And I’m someone who believes that almost anything can be redeemed with truth, God’s grace, and a well-placed system.
